Your missions
- Build web applications end to end (React/Next.js front end, Node or PHP/Symfony back end)
- Design and maintain APIs and integrations (identity, payments, private AI)
- Automate deployments (Docker, CI/CD) and uphold quality (tests, code reviews)
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous platform improvement
Your profile
- 3+ years of full stack web development experience
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, comfortable with at least one back end (Node, PHP or Python)
- SQL, Git and Docker are part of your daily work
- Nice to have: Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, a security mindset
IT Project Manager
Your missions
- Scope projects (perimeter, planning, budget, risks) and run steering committees
- Coordinate internal technical teams and partners
- Be the client's trusted point of contact from kick-off to production
- Track quality, SLA commitments and reporting
Your profile
- 3+ years managing IT projects (infrastructure, development or managed services)
- Comfortable with agile methods as well as waterfall
- Genuine technical culture: you understand what the teams do
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent French and English
Technical Sales Engineer
Your missions
- Prospect and grow the B2B client portfolio (SMEs, groups, institutions)
- Qualify technical needs (private cloud, DRP, private AI, SLA) with the engineering team
- Build proposals and demos, negotiate and close
- Own client follow-up, satisfaction and scope extensions
Your profile
- Proven experience selling IT services or technical solutions
- Real understanding of cloud, managed services and security topics
- Autonomous, results-driven, on the ground in Mauritius
- Fluent French and English; Mauritian Creole is a plus
Support & Operations Manager (L1 to L3)
Your missions
- Handle incidents and requests from L1 to L3 (diagnosis, resolution, controlled escalation)
- Run recurring operations: preventive maintenance, updates, backups, monitoring
- Structure the support function: knowledge base, procedures, prioritisation, tooling (ticketing, monitoring)
- Track SLA commitments and client satisfaction, produce reporting
- Take part in the on-call rotation on critical environments (compensated)
Your profile
- 3+ years in IT support or managed services, including L2/L3 work
- Comfortable with Windows and Linux, networking, backups and monitoring
- Service-minded, calm under pressure, clear communication in French and English
- Available for an on-call rotation (a plus)
